“The Bachelorette”:  They should really add an “s” to the end of the title, because this time, there’s two of ’em! (ABC, 8 p.m.)

“Better Call Saul”:  The gritty drama starring Bob Odenkirk returns for its final episodes. (AMC, 9 p.m.; also AMC+)

“BBQ USA”: Host Michael Symon visits barbecue competitions around the country in this new series. (Food Network, 9 p.m.)
