Kayaking through nature is a healthy and enjoyable way to enjoy the outdoors. The sessions at L.L Bean begin with a quick introduction and safety talk from their friendly paddling teachers, who will share their years of kayaking experience. They’ll provide you with a personal flotation device (PFD), a kayak, and paddling equipment, as well as advice on how to set up your boat properly. After that, you’ll be taught a range of paddling techniques, then, you’re set to start paddling away!
