Kayaking through nature is a healthy and enjoyable way to enjoy the outdoors. The sessions at L.L Bean begin with a quick introduction and safety talk from their friendly paddling teachers, who will share their years of kayaking experience. They’ll provide you with a personal flotation device (PFD), a kayak, and paddling equipment, as well as advice on how to set up your boat properly. After that, you’ll be taught a range of paddling techniques, then, you’re set to start paddling away!

Start Pride Month, summer, and the return of First Fridays with a dance party featuring local DJs from Boston’s gay underground house and techno party Boudoir, as well as poetry curated by Jackson Davidow. The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series hasn’t visited Boston in nine years. The ICA will serve as the season opener for the first time in a year when the competitions will be more easily accessible to spectators than ever before. In addition, the ICA event will be the tour’s first for female divers. This double debut event is one of the most anticipated things to do in Boston this week so don’t miss it!
